Building Local Jazz Communities

The work that we do in live music and educational program production does not simply exist in it’s own right - it serves a greater purpose. We are not just bringing music, we’re building a community bound by a rich cultural fabric and a shared appreciation of jazz music. Our community holds jazz afficionados and first time listeners alike. It enjoys incredibly talented artists at its base and it grows through each of our productions and it gets stronger with each child who is impacted by our educational programs.

Our community is first and foremost, local. We focus on developing unique and thriving jazz communities in each of the metros that we serve because now matter where it comes from, music is local in its execution. Our hope is that, someday, we will be able to weave these metro-based-communities together as nationally united steward of jazz music and its preservation.
